  • This is only for reclaiming money from accounts that have been closed due to addresses held outside the UK

  • Please only fill in this form if:
    • You, or a joint holder on your account, has an address outside the UK and need to claim money from a closed account

    • You're claiming money from accounts that you're the sole or joint holder of
  • If you're submitting a claim for someone else, you'll need to complete this form again on their behalf.
  • If you need to submit a claim for three or more cash ISA accounts, you'll have to download and complete the postal form.

We'll aim to process your claim within 15 working days after receiving your documents. Just so you know, cheques might take a little longer to reach you depending on your local postal service.

Are you submitting a claim for an account that isn't a cash ISA?

Please tell us where you’d like us to send the money. If you’d like us to send your money to multiple accounts, let us know in the additional information box.

You’ve asked us to send you a cheque – please make sure the payee name is correct.



3. Cash ISA claims

Are you submitting a claim for a cash ISA account?

Please enter the details of the cash ISAs that you'd like to claim money from.

If you choose to keep your tax-free benefits, we'll open a new account for each of the cash ISAs you submit a claim for and transfer your balance to them so that you can keep your tax-free benefits.

If you live outside of the UK, you'll need to transfer your balance to another UK cash ISA provider within two months of us opening this account for you - be sure to check that you can transfer the balance to them.

Does the account holder have a permanent UK National Insurance number?

Please provide the National Insurance number of the cash ISA account holder.
We only need this if you've asked us to open a new account.
